The style of Industrial Brutalism 2
Functional design as leading motive

When you take an unfinished concrete building like this as an example, this could present a blueprint for an 'Industrial Brutalism' style, which means that all fringes should be undone (as originally planned) with only the most basic shape remaining. However, the finisch should still be perfect, relevant and minimal. So, in a sense, this is an even more basic approach than Brutalism itself. Note that this proposed style is indeed intended for urban development, not only for factories and utilities.
