Many artists have created an oeuvre of very similar works during their lifetime, not only qua style but also the contents. This perhaps demonstrates the preference of humans to repeat existing patterns, but of course you can judge this in several ways. Surprisingly, with AI generated images we see this phenomenon happening too. When you run the same text-prompt repeatedly without changing it (for input) the generated images are all different but at the same time very similar in style and character.
