The same building as from Empty hull 1 (Photos 2023-1) but from a different angle and in a further demolished state. With a construction like this, it's no wonder residents are permanently 'enjoying' the noise of their neighbors. This could be improved by stacking prefabricated modules, which in itself is quite cost-effective, it reduces construction time, and eventually you can ask a bit more from the tenants.
