This kind of small sea-containers is used on building sites to deliver materials and tools. They are reused until falling apart, unless the company wants to look good, so they are often rusty. In spite of that, they are always carefully leveled on blocks to prevent they will warp, cracking the welds, and becoming leaky (and the doors open more easily).
