A hint of high-tech architecture

The building is wrapped in a framework to imitate the visuals of scaffolding, and at the same time the opportunity is seized to add a footbridge between the two blocks on multiple levels. One could wonder who would use that, but I guess it is nice as an escape route besides the conventional fire escape.
