These apartment blocks for students roughly have a similar style and plan as those in Neat street (Photos 2022-2), so perhaps it's the same architect. The cubes are bigger though, and they got a simple but innovative modification for a more playful shape. The original monochrome image has been modified to get slightly other atmospheres.
