Receiving bulkware for a factory

Two hoppers are standing side by side on a quay near a ready mixed concrete factory where ingredients like sand and gravel are supplied by ship and then further distributed to the facility, for example by conveyer belt. Presumably the hoppers are for loading trucks as alternative transport.
