Heavy machine part levitated

A heavy machine part was positioned on the roof of a small building, like an object of art on a pedestal. So it seems this object was already found by someone else. Additionally some ingredients were casually arranged around it to make a true installation. I guess all of this without permission of the local bureaucracy, or without them even knowing.
