A few more photos two weeks after Worn-out hall 4 (Photos 2020-1) from about the same angles for comparison.
The complete foundations are dug up now, which went much faster than anticipated. So, perhaps they want to start building the new apartment complex this year (which will be a new series of photos). It's end of April now with rising temperatures and most trees went from completely bald to almost full foliage in two weeks time.
The cube in the background of photos 3 and 4 is a transformer station, shown earlier in Transformer station 17 (Photos 2020-1). It is the only part on the site that has survived the demolition.
