Obscure clubhouses

The farm house in photo 1 is officially an 'International Club' clubhouse, but I have never seen any activity and it actually looks quite neglected with flaked paint and a muddy garden.

The sign on the historical building in photo 2 is a bit puzzling (a limpet is a marine mollusc), all I know it now accommodates a public art and audiophiles club formerly known as The True Limpet art gallery, but later renamed to Bartovsky Photo & Phono.
