Light-footed laboratory
A modern building in 60's style

This is one of the laboratories from the national Food Safety Authority where food and non-food consumer articles are tested and it keeps an eye on livestock health [1]. It is built as an extension to a much older building in brick stone.

The building has a weird color scheme in 60's style, seemingly with a cladding of plastic panels bleached in the sunshine over the years which makes it look incredibly cheap in real life notwithstanding its well maintained state. Judging from the random placement of the windows though it is possible that it is a relatively modern building designed this way on purpose, with colored panels protected by glass.

[1] Recently though, questions were posed in parliament how it was possible that occasionally meat from mad cows is still showing up in the food chain.
