This large covered space is made from prefab concrete slabs on steel beams, supported by pillars (photo 3). It is currently unknown what its function will be, but it could be a garage or an area for shops.

The disrespectfully abandoned machine in photo 4 looks like the lower part of a construction elevator, of the sort also shown in Elevator (Photos 2017-2).
