In this series the development of a new apartment complex which is pursued from the ground up.
The raw outlines of the buildings are ready and brick walls are put on the outside (photo 5). The buildings themselves are constructed from lightweight cellular concrete blocks. The many stainless steel wires sticking out from the seams are joined with the outer wall to get sufficient coherence. At the same time a layer of thermal isolation mats is put in the gap between the two walls, a standard procedure nowadays.

The steel support beams between the floors and balconies are removed because the cement between the blocks is hardened and the building can stand on its own.
