In this series the development of a new apartment complex which is pursued from the ground up.
After six months of work the main buildings are getting a recognizable shape and on some places brick walls are put up on the outside. I'm told some low standing houses will be built in the next phase too, at one side of the area which is still relatively empty. These photos were shot 3 weeks after Real Estate 13.
