Hints of shimmering galaxies far away

A remote bikeway is leading to a futuristic building which has five walls (it is a pentagon), holes in its sides, and no roof. This Building has the name 'Orion', so perhaps our friends from M42 lent a helping hand in designing this structure. Accidentally, its neighbor, partly shown on the left, is named 'Plus Ultra' (Latin meaning further beyond).
