This building has its windows not integrated in the wall but in a separate layer behind it. The pattern for the openings in the wall is random and the pattern for the windows-layer is regular. So the net result is that the facade appears very irregular (photo 5). The vertical pillars in the wall are also very thin which harmonizes with the window frames (Photo 3).
