The remains of an auto repair shop in the centre of the city, also pictured in 2014 [1], were revisited but nothing had changed, apart from the graffiti. It's actually a curious case of neglection because this ruin is occupying space for almost 25 years. However, the latest news is that a real estate developer might be interested in building a student apartment complex on this spot, hence the photos.
