Rest home
With weeping willow standing guard

This rest home, designed by architect Rietvelt, was opened in 1965 and renovated in 1988/89. It is situated in a quiet part of the city and it emits tranquility because nothing moves except for the ducks in the pond and the leaves on the weeping willow. When the sun is out you can sit on one of the benches and talk with a fellow occupant or meditate about life.
