After a break of more than 6 months there's some new activity on the grounds documented in the ongoing Real estate series [1]. So I'm picking this up with some new photo's, mainly to illustrate the initial state of the area, before they start putting up the buildings themselves.

In photo 4 the top of the wall from photo 2. The main purpose of this wall, which is about 4 meters deep, is to redirect ground-water flow. It will also support the roof (floor?) of the garage below the buildings, which will be constructed first.
In photo 5 isolated hose pipes, probably for the central heating installation. Similar hosing is also visible at the far end showing up from underground (photo 5, 6).
