A new district is built at the outskirt of the city, nibbling off another part from the green area.
Houses are built in phases, so part of the district is already inhabited while gaps are filled in with new ones at a later stage (pictured here). Many houses have white painted side-walls, which is for decoration only because they are all located in east-west direction (photo 4).
