Meeting a sideways leaning door

A sideways leaning door purposely designed that way is quite rare, which has practical reasons of course, because only a door that is hinged vertically can be held stable when opened.
The slant door pictured here was found in a passage between two buildings.

The area in front of the door is grass and no path is leading to it. So unfortunately
they missed a chance to make it a credible entry instead of only a design feature.
