This ongoing series shows the development of a new district, followed all along during its construction.
These photo's were shot directly after the winter in March. All the buildings are ready and the last ones are being finished off inside. Many inhabitants have their plant tubs already furnished with small trees and other plants. The large covered area on the outside of the project appears to be a garage (photo 6..8).
