A winding road on a dike, several kilometers long, is fenced off on both sides to prevent (drunk) people falling off. Or perhaps only to stop grazing sheep interfering with joggers and bicyclists.

There are two fences on the dike, two fences at the bottom of the dike, and a low board near the houses. That must suffice.
