Starting all over again

 
In this 4-part series the appearance of empty shops which are closed or relocating.

The room pictured here is already empty for more than a year. They started renovating it immediatly after the previous tenant left, but activity is on and off, so perhaps the owner is taking a breath in between because of the cost.
