Bunch of cheap bikes on display

This relatively well ordered bike garage near a bus station has only a limited capacity so more of them are parked on the outside in less favorable circumstances. This is no place for new or custom bikes for obvious reasons, so most of them are recycled, in bad shape, and/or hand-painted (their owners mostly students).
